Refund policy

Returns
Standard, non-personalised products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including products containing a chosen name or custom message, cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
